RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
