RETURN POLICY

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
